程序介紹
1、運行畫面：此畫面主要顯示已加工數量、和各個機頭的動作指示，此設備具有手動和自動兩個模式，可通過選擇進行切換，在自動狀態(tài)下，按下自動運行啟動按鈕，設備即自動運行。

2、手動畫面：在手動狀態(tài)下可利用手動按鈕讓設備單步運行。

3、模式選擇畫面：通過選擇不同的模式，可把鋼筋折成不同的形狀。

4、動作運行時間設定畫面：此畫面主要是改變每個動作的運行時長，此設備的每個動作都有限位限制，為了保護設備，當限位失效時，利用時長也可控制動作的運行，即每個動作運行一定時間之后自動停止。介紹了匯川綜合產品在電子裁板鋸上的應用。本系統(tǒng)全部采用匯川產品，以PLC為控制中心，采用匯川伺服為驅動，外部磁柵尺反饋位置為標準，HMI為監(jiān)控，并著重介紹匯川伺服全閉環(huán)非標的應用。

一：技術背景

1. 操作簡單。推臺鋸每裁一段板都需要人工對尺寸，而電子裁板鋸只需要在觸摸屏上設定好數據，人工上料，然后按自動運行即可按設定的尺寸鋸裁。
