環(huán)網(wǎng)介質(zhì)冗余MRP調(diào)試方法很多，可以直接查看CP443-1通訊模塊或IM154-3PN模塊的狀態(tài)指示燈；也可以在線查看CP443-1模塊診斷緩沖區(qū)（Diagnostic Buffer）信息；還可以利用PROFINET IO WEB功能在遠程實現(xiàn)診斷維護。
（1）如果環(huán)網(wǎng)域中某一節(jié)點斷開，則對應(yīng)的域管理器CP443-1模塊上的桔黃色MAINT指示燈常亮。如果斷點在IM154-3PN分布式I/O模塊，則P1或P2端口上的黃色LINK指示燈將熄滅。
如果斷點在SCALANCE交換機，則端口對應(yīng)的桔黃色指示燈熄滅。由于X208是網(wǎng)管型交換機，具有環(huán)網(wǎng)冗余管理功能（RM），因此交換機上桔黃色L指示燈熄滅，而F指示燈亮紅。
（2）CP443-1模塊作為PROFINET通訊控制器，其診斷緩沖區(qū)（Diagnostic Buffer）能給出詳盡的通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障診斷信息。例如“Ring opened”、“No physical connection on port”或“Ring closed again”等提示信息。
（3）還可以直接針對PROFINET網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行在線診斷。如果環(huán)網(wǎng)域中某一節(jié)點斷開，則在線診斷狀態(tài)（Status）顯示為一個黃色扳手圖標(biāo)，提示信息為“Maintenance demanded”。
（4）除了以上幾種網(wǎng)絡(luò)診斷方式外，還可利用PROFINET IO WEB功能，利用Internet Explorer瀏覽器查看更為詳盡的診斷狀態(tài)信息，實現(xiàn)遠程診斷維護。另外操作維護人員還可利用OS站監(jiān)控畫面直接查看診斷信息。
應(yīng)用體會
PROFINET通訊介于PROFIBUS和Ethernet兩個通訊協(xié)議之間取長補短，采用TCP/IP和ISO協(xié)議，既具有PROFIBUS通訊的穩(wěn)定性和實時性，又具有Ethernet通訊的廣泛使用性和兼容性。
