而X1 P2 R端口引出線與下級(jí)IM153-4PN模塊X1 P1 R端口互連。末級(jí)X1 P2 R端口引出線與交換機(jī)（即SwitchingX設(shè)備）X1 P8端口互連，而SwitchingX交換機(jī)X1 P1端口則與CP443-1塊X1 P1 R端口互連，從而形成閉合的電氣環(huán)網(wǎng)。
PROFINET IO WEB組態(tài)
PROFINET通訊基于工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)絡(luò)（Industrial Ethernet），因此以太網(wǎng)的TCP/IP、FTP、DHCP、SNMP、HTTP、Email等IT技術(shù)，可以應(yīng)用在PROFINET設(shè)備通訊之中，用戶管理和維護(hù)。
PROFINET IO WEB是一種方便實(shí)用、功能強(qiáng)大的網(wǎng)絡(luò)診斷維護(hù)工具，本項(xiàng)目CP443-1模塊支持TCP/IP、ISO、SNMP和WEB診斷等功能。因此將系統(tǒng)組態(tài)下載至CPU中運(yùn)行后，在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中任何一臺(tái)Windows系統(tǒng)Internet Explorer瀏覽器地址欄中鍵入“http://192.68.0.60”或“http://192.68.0.70”，就可以監(jiān)控1#爐或2#爐主機(jī)架CPU模塊狀態(tài)、分布式I/O站點(diǎn)組態(tài)及模塊狀態(tài)、IO控制器端口收發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)包狀態(tài)，以及CPU及IO控制器診斷緩沖區(qū)事件描述等系統(tǒng)診斷信息。
為方便維護(hù)人員快速查找和診斷PROFINET網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)設(shè)備故障，本項(xiàng)目利用WinCC圖形編輯器（Graphics Designer）先新建一幅畫面（Picture），然后調(diào)用兩個(gè)WinCCWebBrowser控件（ActiveX controls），之后在MyPage屬性項(xiàng)中分別指定以上兩個(gè)Internet Explorer瀏覽器地址，用于分別指向1#和2#爐CP443-1模塊的IP地址。這樣就可以在運(yùn)行的OS站上直接查看到系統(tǒng)診斷信息。

本項(xiàng)目PROFINET網(wǎng)絡(luò)針對(duì)自身工藝特點(diǎn)和要求，主要設(shè)計(jì)了IO拓?fù)洌═opology）、環(huán)網(wǎng)介質(zhì)冗余（MRP）和IO WEB診斷維護(hù)等功能。

IO Topology組態(tài)后除具有設(shè)備更換無(wú)需可移動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)介質(zhì)和操作期間更改I/O端口等設(shè)備自動(dòng)調(diào)試功能外，利用Topology的圖形視圖（Graphic view）和表格視圖（Table view）在線后（Online），還可清晰查看和診斷出PROFINET網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)各個(gè)設(shè)備和I/O端口的連接使用狀態(tài)。whether the corresponding lower position is empty.
