PROFINET IO網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣M態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)
網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)洌═opology）組態(tài)是PROFINET通訊設(shè)備特有的組態(tài)方式，具有設(shè)備更換無需可移動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)介質(zhì)（Exchanging a PROFINET IO device without removable storage medium），和操作期間更改I/O端口（Changing partner port during operation）等設(shè)備自動(dòng)調(diào)試功能（Automatic Commissioning）。
拓?fù)渚庉嬈鳎═opology Editor）提供表格視圖（Table view）和圖形視圖（Graphic view）兩種組態(tài)方式。本項(xiàng)目CP443-1和IM153-4PN模塊分別都有兩個(gè)Port端口（即RJ45插口），因此PROFINET IO通訊控制器和I/O設(shè)備全部支持物理設(shè)備（PDEV）。CP443-1模塊還支持SNMP（簡單的網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理Simple NetWork Management Protocol）、 LLDP（鏈路層發(fā)現(xiàn)Link Layer Discovery Protocol）及DCP（發(fā)現(xiàn)和組態(tài)Discovery Configuration Protocol）等協(xié)議，則可利用拓?fù)渚庉嬈鹘M態(tài)設(shè)置、互連和診斷包括端口在內(nèi)的PROFINET設(shè)備。設(shè)備端口I/O互連配置表如下：

PROFINET環(huán)網(wǎng)介質(zhì)冗余組態(tài)
分布式IO模塊IM153-4PN和IO通訊控制器CP443-1都集成了P1和P2兩個(gè)RJ45端口（Port）。既可用于級(jí)聯(lián)擴(kuò)展（Link），又可實(shí)現(xiàn)端口數(shù)據(jù)交換（Switching），還可實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)網(wǎng)冗余功能。
PROFINET環(huán)網(wǎng)采用介質(zhì)冗余（MRP，Media Redundancy）方式實(shí)現(xiàn)。本項(xiàng)目兩套S7-400PLC分別對(duì)應(yīng)兩座電爐，因此就設(shè)計(jì)了兩個(gè)冗余環(huán)網(wǎng)，域名稱為mrpdomain-1和mrpdomain-2。每個(gè)環(huán)網(wǎng)設(shè)置以各自的CP443-1模塊為域管理者角色（Manager），則對(duì)應(yīng)的分布式I/O站點(diǎn)（即IM153-4PN）和交換機(jī)（SwitchingX）角色則為對(duì)應(yīng)域客戶機(jī)（Clint）。
以CP443-1模塊X1 P2 R端口為引出線與IM153-4PN模塊X1 P1 R端口互連（即Furnace01-PN-IO設(shè)備）two-dimensional matrix, which can be designed as multi-layer and multi column.
