系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)組態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)中心控制室配置1臺工程師站（ES）和4臺操作員站（OS）用于1#和2#電爐的程序組態(tài)、編輯、修改和下載管理及監(jiān)控操作；以及一臺網(wǎng)絡(luò)打印機用于項目文件的管理及生產(chǎn)報表的打印，與兩套電爐S7-400系列PLC經(jīng)各自的SCALANCE X208交換機連接，構(gòu)成一個TCP/IP協(xié)議以太網(wǎng)絡(luò)（EtherNet）。OS站和ES站與兩套S7-400PLC采用S7協(xié)議連接（S7 connection），而兩套S7-400PLC之間采用ISO-on-TCP協(xié)議連接。ES站和OS站命名及IP地址分配表如下：

AS站架構(gòu)編程設(shè)計
為更好的發(fā)揮PROFINET網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊設(shè)備在OS站中的診斷分析和故障報警功能，本項目采用了TIA全集成架構(gòu)組態(tài)編程（AS-OS）和RSE（報告系統(tǒng)故障Report System Error）組態(tài)方式生成系統(tǒng)診斷報警（Diagnostic Alarm）。
特別是采用SCL編程FB功能塊，調(diào)用系統(tǒng)報警功能塊ALARM_8P和NOTIFY_8P，實現(xiàn)在OS中生成按時間順序的消息過程（Number of Time Sequence Message），因此不僅報警集成組態(tài)效率高，而且功能強大。
RSE（報告系統(tǒng)故障Report System Error）是一種是在STEP7環(huán)境中（AS）組態(tài)編譯后，能將主機架及I/O設(shè)備、模塊通道等故障診斷信息（Diagnostic Alarm），主動上傳至OS中的一種方便簡潔的報警編程組態(tài)方法。RSE不僅能報告診斷主機架及I/O，還能診斷PROFIBUS和PROFINET通訊站點I/O模塊及通道，極大的方便系統(tǒng)診斷設(shè)計組態(tài)和設(shè)備維護人員快速查找和分析判斷系統(tǒng)故障。
PROFINET網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能設(shè)計
PROFINET基于工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)（Industrial Ethernet）IEEE802.3標準，使用ISO和TCP/IP協(xié)議實時高速（Real-Time）通訊。使用SIEMENS的PROFINET通訊設(shè)備后，還具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓撲（Topology）、環(huán)網(wǎng)介質(zhì)冗余（MRP）、設(shè)備自動調(diào)試（Automatic commissioning）、IO WEB發(fā)布、IO快速啟動（Fast Start Up）和等時同步（IRT）等功能。flexible layout, high efficiency and low consumption, high cost performance, safety and reliability are more and more favored by people.
