換熱站主要由熱交換器、循環(huán)泵組、補(bǔ)水泵組、傳感儀表、調(diào)節(jié)閥門、PLC控制柜等組成。

 換熱站工作原理：一級(jí)管網(wǎng)供水由其自身的壓力進(jìn)入機(jī)組的換熱器，進(jìn)行熱交換后返回?zé)犭姀S或鍋爐房。二級(jí)管網(wǎng)回水經(jīng)過過濾后，經(jīng)循環(huán)泵進(jìn)入換熱器，被蒸汽或高溫水加熱后向用戶提供所需熱水。補(bǔ)水泵將軟換水打入系統(tǒng)以補(bǔ)充系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行損失的水量，并通過變頻調(diào)速保持系統(tǒng)壓力的穩(wěn)定。
CTSC-200系列PLC自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)主要完成以下功能：
1、一級(jí)管網(wǎng)供水、一級(jí)管網(wǎng)回水的溫度、壓力、流量的測(cè)量；
2、二級(jí)管網(wǎng)供水、二級(jí)管網(wǎng)回水的溫度、壓力、流量的測(cè)量；
3、通過控制一級(jí)管網(wǎng)供水的流量，保證二級(jí)管網(wǎng)供水溫度恒定或者回水溫差恒定；
4、通過變頻控制循環(huán)泵和補(bǔ)水泵，保證二級(jí)管網(wǎng)供水壓力恒定或者回水壓差恒定；
