4 方案優(yōu)勢(shì) 本文提出的解決方案具有如下優(yōu)勢(shì)： 1. 只需要1條DP線就可以把所有污水池采集的數(shù)據(jù)傳送到中心監(jiān)控室DP主站，與傳統(tǒng)通信方案相比節(jié)省了大量通訊線纜，同時(shí)也減小了線纜施工工作量，提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性和可維護(hù)性。 2. 采用無線通訊方式，數(shù)據(jù)傳輸距離長，數(shù)據(jù)利用天線透?jìng)鳎瑐鬏數(shù)木嚯x與天線有關(guān)，多5K米。 3. 采用LM3107可以實(shí)現(xiàn)多247個(gè)Modbus從站互聯(lián)，節(jié)省了每個(gè)污水池的DP從站模塊費(fèi)用，取而代之的是每個(gè)污水池做為Modbus從站存在，只需要1個(gè)DP從站即可實(shí)現(xiàn)所有的污水池?cái)?shù)據(jù)與中心監(jiān)測(cè)站數(shù)據(jù)的交換。 5 結(jié)束語 經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的調(diào)試和試運(yùn)行，由HOLLiAS-LEC G3系列小型一體化PLC作為控制系統(tǒng)的無線監(jiān)控方案已成功應(yīng)用于污水處理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。實(shí)踐證明，該設(shè)計(jì)方案整體成本較低、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸距離長、可靠性好、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、維護(hù)成本低、可操作性高，在市場(chǎng)中具備強(qiáng)有力的競(jìng)爭能力，為污水處理行業(yè)增添了一套完善的解決方案。PLC
