、高效運(yùn)行的同時(shí)具有很好的性價(jià)比,具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)效益和推廣前景。 2 原方案分析 在污水處理廠內(nèi),各種污水處理設(shè)備分布較分散。為監(jiān)視現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行參數(shù)和運(yùn)行狀態(tài),需要建立一套中央監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)由現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)、數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理、數(shù)據(jù)通訊和中央監(jiān)控等部分組成,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)儀表檢測(cè)到的設(shè)備參數(shù)和運(yùn)行狀態(tài)經(jīng)過處理后通過計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上傳至中央控制室,中央控制室內(nèi)的運(yùn)行人員通過監(jiān)控計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)視全廠設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。運(yùn)行人員根據(jù)運(yùn)行參數(shù)和設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)發(fā)出各種控制指令,控制指令通過計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳到現(xiàn)場(chǎng),控制設(shè)備的相應(yīng)動(dòng)作。 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)需要對(duì)模擬量和開關(guān)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,主要模擬量有流量信號(hào)、液位信號(hào)、壓力信號(hào)、閥門開度信號(hào)等,主要開關(guān)量信號(hào)有刮泥車和吸泥車的啟動(dòng)、停止、運(yùn)行、到位、故障及真空泵的工作狀態(tài)等等。這些現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備與中央控制室距離較遠(yuǎn),目前大多數(shù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)由分布式I/O完成檢測(cè)與控制,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備與中央控制室之間的數(shù)據(jù)交換大都采用DP網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接方式,在中央控制室設(shè)置DP主站,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備作為DP從站掛在DP網(wǎng)上。系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)圖如圖1所示。一個(gè)污水處理廠包括多個(gè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備,每個(gè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備作為1個(gè)DP從站連接到DP總線上。采用這樣連結(jié)方式,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工工程量很大,需要架設(shè)電纜和橋架,費(fèi)用較高,并且每個(gè)DP從站與DP主站之間采用有線連接,電纜容易損壞,維護(hù)起來比較麻煩。

針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)控制系統(tǒng)存在的缺點(diǎn),我們提出了基于和利時(shí)公司小型一體化
PLC
HOLLiAS-LEC G3的無線解決方案。該方案的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)如圖2所示。與傳統(tǒng)通訊方案相比,該方案在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備和中央監(jiān)控室間采用了無線通訊方式,具有傳輸距離長(zhǎng)、可靠性好、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、節(jié)省電纜、維護(hù)成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 3 方案設(shè)計(jì) 如圖2所示,該方案采用和利時(shí)公司的小型一體化PLC的CPU模塊LM3107進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集和傳輸。LM3107本身自帶 RS232通訊接口,通過RS232連接到天線上,天線之間采用Modbus協(xié)議,具備CRC校驗(yàn),協(xié)議簡(jiǎn)單、可靠性高。通過天線,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離Modbus無線通信,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了每個(gè)污水池(Modbus從站)的數(shù)據(jù)與上位(Modbus主站)之間的數(shù)據(jù)交換。and PAE in turn, mix them fully, and then add hot water above 9O ℃. Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 are the change curves of tensile strength of the paper sheet after adding different amounts of expansion agent. Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 respectively show that when the addition amount Q of expansion agent does not exceed 0.3% of absolute dry l wood pulp and 0.4% of absolute dry straw pulp, the tensile strength of the paper is basically unchanged, and the tensile strength decreases with the increase of the addition amount. Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 respectively show that the dry paper mass w of equal volume wood pulp and straw pulp decreases with the increase of the addition amount Q of expansion agent.
