、高效運行的同時具有很好的性價比,具有良好的經(jīng)濟、社會效益和推廣前景。 2 原方案分析 在污水處理廠內(nèi),各種污水處理設備分布較分散。為監(jiān)視現(xiàn)場設備的運行參數(shù)和運行狀態(tài),需要建立一套中央監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)由現(xiàn)場檢測、數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理、數(shù)據(jù)通訊和中央監(jiān)控等部分組成,現(xiàn)場檢測儀表檢測到的設備參數(shù)和運行狀態(tài)經(jīng)過處理后通過計算機網(wǎng)絡上傳至中央控制室,中央控制室內(nèi)的運行人員通過監(jiān)控計算機監(jiān)視全廠設備的運行狀態(tài)。運行人員根據(jù)運行參數(shù)和設備運行狀態(tài)發(fā)出各種控制指令,控制指令通過計算機網(wǎng)絡傳到現(xiàn)場,控制設備的相應動作。 現(xiàn)場需要對模擬量和開關量進行監(jiān)控,主要模擬量有流量信號、液位信號、壓力信號、閥門開度信號等,主要開關量信號有刮泥車和吸泥車的啟動、停止、運行、到位、故障及真空泵的工作狀態(tài)等等。這些現(xiàn)場設備與中央控制室距離較遠,目前大多數(shù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)由分布式I/O完成檢測與控制,現(xiàn)場設備與中央控制室之間的數(shù)據(jù)交換大都采用DP網(wǎng)絡連接方式,在中央控制室設置DP主站,現(xiàn)場設備作為DP從站掛在DP網(wǎng)上。系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡圖如圖1所示。一個污水處理廠包括多個現(xiàn)場設備,每個現(xiàn)場設備作為1個DP從站連接到DP總線上。采用這樣連結(jié)方式,現(xiàn)場施工工程量很大,需要架設電纜和橋架,費用較高,并且每個DP從站與DP主站之間采用有線連接,電纜容易損壞,維護起來比較麻煩。

針對傳統(tǒng)控制系統(tǒng)存在的缺點,我們提出了基于和利時公司小型一體化
PLC
HOLLiAS-LEC G3的無線解決方案。該方案的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)如圖2所示。與傳統(tǒng)通訊方案相比,該方案在現(xiàn)場設備和中央監(jiān)控室間采用了無線通訊方式,具有傳輸距離長、可靠性好、抗干擾能力強、節(jié)省電纜、維護成本低等優(yōu)點。 3 方案設計 如圖2所示,該方案采用和利時公司的小型一體化PLC的CPU模塊LM3107進行數(shù)據(jù)采集和傳輸。LM3107本身自帶 RS232通訊接口,通過RS232連接到天線上,天線之間采用Modbus協(xié)議,具備CRC校驗,協(xié)議簡單、可靠性高。通過天線,可以實現(xiàn)遠距離Modbus無線通信,從而實現(xiàn)了每個污水池(Modbus從站)的數(shù)據(jù)與上位(Modbus主站)之間的數(shù)據(jù)交換。and PAE in turn, mix them fully, and then add hot water above 9O ℃. Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 are the change curves of tensile strength of the paper sheet after adding different amounts of expansion agent. Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 respectively show that when the addition amount Q of expansion agent does not exceed 0.3% of absolute dry l wood pulp and 0.4% of absolute dry straw pulp, the tensile strength of the paper is basically unchanged, and the tensile strength decreases with the increase of the addition amount. Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 respectively show that the dry paper mass w of equal volume wood pulp and straw pulp decreases with the increase of the addition amount Q of expansion agent. When the addition q is greater than 0.6%, w decreases and slows down. Combined with factors such as paper quality and production cost, when making household paper with wood pulp as raw material. The appropriate dosage of expansion agent is 0.3% of absolute dry wood pulp; When straw pulp is used as raw material, the dosage of expansion agent is 0.4% of absolute dry straw pulp. The relationship between the amount of expansion agent and the tensile strength and quality of finished dry paper was also investigated. The results show that 0.3% of the absolutely dry pulp is the best amount of expansion agent for making household paper from high-quality waste pulp, while there are too many miscellaneous fibers in bagasse pulp. Generally, the dosage of expansion agent is 0.5%. (2) The use method of expansion agent has been tested many times in paper mills. The application method of expansion agent was established. The main conclusions are as follows: A. add 0.3% ~ 0.5% expansion agent of the absolute dry pulp amount into the pulp forming tank, and directly copy after fully stirring evenly. The mixing time is more than 1h. The longer the mixing time is, the more uniform the mixing is, and the better the expansion degree of the pulp is. B. In
